Vincent Signorets short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Olaf Schreiber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 1-0 became the score in the 8th minute when Vincent Signoret elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Poutier FC's Blaise Monie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lutger Schreiber in the 11th minute of play. Lutger Schreiber struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Blaise Monie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Basel 2024. Henri Fresnel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olaf Schreiber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Beltran Isenegger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blaise Monie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poutier FC's Vincent Signoret got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olaf Schreiber was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vincent Signoret showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Poutier FC's Charlie Rieffel got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oswin Stante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 35 minutes, Vincent Signoret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poutier FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vincent Signoret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Vincent Signoret came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Poutier FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Signoret couldn't finish the play. Vincent Signoret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Schreiber having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Basel 2024's zone, Hubert Lange stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Schreiber came out of the goal and Hubert Lange tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olaf Schreiber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Signoret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Poutier FC booed when FC Basel 2024 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyril Monney didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vincent Signoret to strike the kick off in the second half. Vincent Signoret scored 3-1 in the 50th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Schreiber, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 54th minute, Charlie Rieffel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olaf Schreiber was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. If Vincent Signoret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olaf Schreiber didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Poutier FC's Vincent Signoret shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 69th minute, Henri Fresnel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poutier FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. 72 minutes into the match, FC Basel 2024's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Signoret came free, but Olaf Schreiber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlie Rieffel succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-1. The supporters of Poutier FC booed when FC Basel 2024 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyril Monney didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Basel 2024 defense, Vincent Signoret kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Schreiber. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vincent Signoret in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olaf Schreiber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Vincent Signoret notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of FC Basel 2024's Olaf Schreiber. Olaf Schreiber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Vincent Signoret left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poutier FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Poutier FC had played much better football throughout.
