Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Walery Pochorylo kicked off to start the match. Robert Koczara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jeromy Martineau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Theirn Vadeboncoeur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeromy Martineau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Pochorylo in the 7th minute of play. Arthur Esposito tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jeromy Martineau. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 9th minute. Marek Sienkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Robert Koczara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laase's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Koczara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeromy Martineau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Craig Crain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Krzysztof Majusiak. That made the score 1-1 in the 16 minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Robert Koczara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jeromy Martineau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 23 minutes, Ahmed Leach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Derby County's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmed Leach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Robert Koczara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laase's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Koczara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeromy Martineau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeromy Martineau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Pochorylo in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Laase got a corner. Derby County's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cyryl Bejrut ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cyryl Bejrut got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jeromy Martineau quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Robert Koczara struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Jeromy Martineau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laase. 32 minutes into the match, Walery Pochorylo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeromy Martineau. Derby County's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Walery Pochorylo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Krzysztof Majusiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Craig Crain in the 38th minute of play. The Derby County fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Derby County's Craig Crain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Lucjan Klucznik came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Laase fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Klucznik couldn't finish the play. Derby County's Jeromy Martineau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Koczara in the 45th minute of play. Jeromy Martineau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Koczara, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.
The wind increased when Craig Crain made the kick off in the second half. Jeromy Martineau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Pochorylo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Craig Crain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeromy Martineau came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Laase's Robert Koczara. But to his dismay, Robert Koczara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The supporters of Derby County booed when Laase was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogumil Mentis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Craig Crain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krzysztof Majusiak having to interfere. Craig Crain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Chong Beaulac came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Derby County fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chong Beaulac couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Craig Crain in the 88th minute of play forced Laase's goalkeeper Krzysztof Majusiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Derby County got a freekick which was hit by Theirn Vadeboncoeur. Laase were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Derby County's much stronger midfield.
