After 18 played minutes, Laase's Cyryl Bejrut shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 江朋竞 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laase reached it. 楚国峰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. During the 47th minute of the match 曲坤宁 completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 曲坤宁 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 47th minute, 曲坤宁 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walery Pochorylo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. 江朋竞 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Koczara got free with 江朋竞 in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of FC Pepsi booed when Laase was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Klucznik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 康彬银's late challenge caught a Laase's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Lucjan Klucznik charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucjan Klucznik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Walery Pochorylo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. 江朋竞 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laase. 楚国峰 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walery Pochorylo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 江朋竞 having to interfere. A collision led to FC Pepsi getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. 杜凌斌 hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Pepsi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Laase had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
