Inchibeg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Earnán Keegan kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Eusébio de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gehan Palmer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Alan Doyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inchibeg's Gehan Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Correia in the 21st minute of play. When Blathma Sheridan fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inchibeg's protests and gave Blathma Sheridan a yellow card for diving instead. Blathma Sheridan kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Beartlai McGlenn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio de Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Gehan Palmer made a huge save. 41 minutes into the match, Carioca AD's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Doyle came free, but Túlio Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gugu Correia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carioca AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inchibeg the free kick. When Beartlai McGlenn came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Inchibeg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beartlai McGlenn couldn't finish the play. The Inchibeg fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Inchibeg's Alan Doyle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gugu Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Gehan Palmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaden Branson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When Beartlai McGlenn came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Inchibeg fans jumped to their feet. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Carioca AD's Eusébio de Toledo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Gehan Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Correia in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carioca AD's goalkeeper Túlio Santana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Simão Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carioca AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inchibeg the free kick. After 91 played minutes Carioca AD got a freekick which was hit by Simão Araújo.
