Roelof Palsma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Job Hebels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Job Hebels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bhavjeet Pandey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Job Hebels was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Wolfsberg HC defense, Sultan Vishveshwara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roelof Palsma. The Wolfsberg HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roelof Palsma should have stopped the shot. After 53 played minutes Old Leake got a freekick which was hit by Apu Pawar. Wolfsberg HC's Leon Steelman got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Old Leake's Sultan Vishveshwara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roelof Palsma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bhavjeet Pandey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Steelman in the 69th minute. Sultan Vishveshwara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Roelof Palsma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute of the match Koos Hoeksma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bhavjeet Pandey skillfully saved the ball. Heman Chawla hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Kasirama Rathore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roelof Palsma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Job Hebels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bhavjeet Pandey having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Old Leake fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wolfsberg HC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
