Gehan Palmer came out of the goal and 楚霆益 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 程誉林 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blathma Sheridan, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Aaden Branson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gehan Palmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 范常松 in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match, Beartlai McGlenn got a very nice opportunity to score, but 程誉林 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 13 minutes, 范常松 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 香港九龙城区快船俱乐部's supporters crossed their fingers, but 范常松 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, 范常松 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that 范常松's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gehan Palmer was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. If 范常松 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 许朋星 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gehan Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 范常松, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 0-3 became the score in the 35th minute when 范常松 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inchibeg's goalkeeper Gehan Palmer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alan Doyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half 香港九龙城区快船俱乐部 were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 范常松 was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 楚霆益 couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Inchibeg's Caoilte Ferguson got a free kick in the 55th minute. Gehan Palmer came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by 香港九龙城区快船俱乐部's 范常松. But to his dismay, 范常松 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 罗寒兴 kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 程誉林 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Doyle in the 69th minute of play. 史珂青 kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 76 minutes, 范常松 made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Inchibeg's Gehan Palmer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes Inchibeg got a freekick which was hit by Aaden Branson. After some careless play in the Inchibeg defense, 范常松 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gehan Palmer. The Inchibeg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gehan Palmer should have stopped the shot. 范常松 might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gehan Palmer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 范常松 ran back to his position shaking his head. Alan Doyle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 程誉林 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play.
