Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Hillhead FC's Firdauz Ee in the 17th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Olaf Schreiber was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for FC Basel 2024 through an amazing save. After 21 minutes of play, Hillhead FC's Firdauz Ee made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olaf Schreiber was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Basel 2024's zone, Firdauz Ee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Schreiber came out of the goal and Firdauz Ee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hamir Amin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beltran Isenegger, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Firdauz Ee notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of FC Basel 2024's Olaf Schreiber. Olaf Schreiber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Basel 2024:s Olaf Schreiber showed great skill when he stopped Tan Chien-Kwan:s penalty. Olaf Schreiber came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Hillhead FC's Tan Chien-Kwan. But to his dismay, Tan Chien-Kwan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Firdauz Ee stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Beltran Isenegger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Hamir Amin made a huge save. Oswin Stante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olaf Schreiber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lutger Schreiber came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the FC Basel 2024 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lutger Schreiber couldn't finish the play. Olaf Schreiber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firdauz Ee in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, SK Lim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Rob Bossard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olaf Schreiber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firdauz Ee in the 98th minute of the match. Hillhead FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
