Eskil Fastesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio de Toledo in the 11th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Rabonas FC's Jonatan Josefsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Túlio Santana. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Carlinhos Sergipano hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Malte Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rabonas FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Carioca AD's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hubert Alegren took the corner. The corner ended in Hubert Alegren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Carioca AD's Túlio Santana did a great save. After 44 played minutes Carioca AD got a freekick which was hit by Simão Araújo. In the 46th minute, Jonatan Josefsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 56th minute, José Vítor Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Túlio Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Josefsson went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Eusébio de Toledo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eskil Fastesson. Rabonas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusébio de Toledo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. José Vítor Diniz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes Carioca AD got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Sergipano. Eskil Fastesson was a little too slow when José Vítor Diniz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 4-2. In the 89th match minute, Carioca AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro da Mata to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rabonas FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rasmus Ekerot hit a great ball. Eusébio de Toledo came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eskil Fastesson could save by the left post. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rabonas FC had played much better football throughout.
