After some careless play in the Kalatakaya F.C. defense, Alejandro Papaggelatos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Galarza. The Kalatakaya F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Galarza should have stopped the shot. Luis Galarza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of La Armada Buscapina booed when Kalatakaya F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vali Romoşan didn't get a good kick on the ball.

In the 53rd minute Alejandro Papaggelatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Galarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Armada Buscapina's Chupan Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonete Abaurre in the 68th minute of play. Kalatakaya F.C. made a substitution. Moises Kelemen replaced Alexandre Rodrigues. Kalatakaya F.C. made a substitution. Aaron Gauargi replaced Salomón Enríquez. In the 95th minute of the match Kalatakaya F.C. got a corner. La Armada Buscapina's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alejandro Chumacero ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Aaron Gauargi drilling the ball in to score 2-2 behind La Armada Buscapina's goalkeeper. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
