In the 44th minute Chiquinho Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Montae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Toro Rosso FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Chucky Lozano hit a great ball. Toro Rosso FC's Norberto Rencio was substituted for Wu Cheng De. After having played for 61 minutes, Genaro Clementi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toro Rosso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Clementi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lütfi Kutlubay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chucky Lozano, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Severiano Montae made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Chiquinho Pombal sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Genaro Clementi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lütfi Kutlubay was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Toro Rosso FC's D.J. 刘冰冰 was substituted for Genaro Clementi. With a little luck, Toro Rosso FC's Severiano Montae got control of the ball when Chiquinho Pombal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Toro Rosso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Rencio to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Norberto Rencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa booed when Toro Rosso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarías Batistuta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lütfi Kutlubay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. 刘冰冰 in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
