Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jama Coyences in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Leon Mayllar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Eladio in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jama Coyences stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Jama Coyences's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wang Yi Zhen was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Vela Cardeña charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some careless play in the Club Deportivo Español defense, Cristian Bollo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wang Yi Zhen. The Club Deportivo Español fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wang Yi Zhen should have stopped the shot. If Jama Coyences had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
