Federation Clash Challenge

Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arne Sepik started the match with the kick off. Kekambas FC's Esteve Iratxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Kekambas FC from getting a goal against them. Esteve Iratxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karel Kacharov in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Dimo in the 19th minute of play forced CAYASTA II's goalkeeper Dimitar Kalev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimitar Kalev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Osoro in the 20th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kekambas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 31st minute, Arne Sepik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteve Iratxo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Vasile Dragomir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Esteve Iratxo made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Kekambas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Sepik came free, but Esteve Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Bartolo Suarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAYASTA II fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eulalio Ovando to strike the kick off in the second half. Esteve Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Dragomir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteve Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Sepik, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Pedro Ixaka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kekambas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CAYASTA II the free kick. In the 58th minute, Pedro Ixaka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 minutes of play, CAYASTA II's Bartolo Suarez made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Iratxo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esteve Iratxo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by CAYASTA II's Bartolo Suarez. But to his dismay, Bartolo Suarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 66 minutes into the match, Kekambas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Suarez came free, but Esteve Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karel Kacharov in the 69th minute of play. CAYASTA II's Leonardo Medardo was substituted for Arne Sepik. Fidel Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Esteve Iratxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Suarez in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Leonardo Medardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, CAYASTA II's Vasile Dragomir made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Iratxo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abel Lordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Vasile Dragomir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteve Iratxo. Kekambas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasile Dragomir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Esteve Iratxo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolo Suarez went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CAYASTA II fully deserved thier win.
