Benigno Bingen hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Di Kun in the 7th minute of play forced Chelco FC's goalkeeper Saverio Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Kajetan Daszkowski got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Baldomero Rufio came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Chelco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Rufio couldn't finish the play. Saverio Fidele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Di Kun, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Moises Blasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botev Plovdiv 1912's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Blasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saverio Fidele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christian Bale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Hökqvist in the 19th minute of the match. Flavio Profeta made a great header on Chelco FC's corner, it was just that Botev Plovdiv 1912's Christian Bale managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelco FC's goalkeeper Saverio Fidele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christian Bale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Rufio in the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torbjörn Hökqvist in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Bale saved Botev Plovdiv 1912 from getting behind. The corner ended in Billy Borre almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chelco FC's Saverio Fidele did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Ugutz in the 37th minute of play forced Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Christian Bale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Di Kun came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Botev Plovdiv 1912 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Di Kun couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Di Kun rounded Chelco FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Moises Blasi made the kick off in the second half. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Christian Bale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Rufio in the 51st minute of play. When Chelco FC's Torbjörn Hökqvist in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59thth minute of the game Torbjörn Hökqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botev Plovdiv 1912's Christian Bale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Torbjörn Hökqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Bale was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Elberg Gažo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Chelco FC's Baldomero Socorro was substituted for Suban Arriba. In the 62nd minute, Elberg Gažo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Torbjörn Hökqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Hökqvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christian Bale. Torbjörn Hökqvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Saverio Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Romeo in the 78th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Chelco FC got a freekick which was hit by Amado Travieso. After a rather tough play, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Velyo Vidolov got a free kick in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Hökqvist lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Christian Bale. After a rather tough play, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Toni Tagarov got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match Flavio Profeta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Bale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 96th minute, Billy Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Flavio Profeta from long distance, 97 minutes into the match, got Christian Bale's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Chelco FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
