Qi Guo Yue made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim Lustosa in the 5th minute. A collision led to Girona FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Kepa Molina hit a great ball. Torreoncito's attentive Mar Van managed to snatch the ball when Jüri Haiba made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Cristiano Aveiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Olguín in the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Girona FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gaizkine Babia hit a great ball. Qi Guo Yue made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Kepa Molina sent off a good shot on target. Cristiano Aveiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Olguín in the 23rd minute of play. Qi Guo Yue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Atauri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Atauri came free, but Qi Guo Yue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qi Guo Yue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Atauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Torreoncito's Qi Guo Yue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Torreoncito from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute of the match, Kepa Molina got a very nice opportunity to score, but Qi Guo Yue was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 43 played minutes Torreoncito got a freekick which was hit by Borys Okopny. In the 46th minute, Borys Okopny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Torreoncito's Lucas Bünzli was substituted for Pedro Olguín. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elodio Faine made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Gdaniec came free, but Qi Guo Yue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Roman Gdaniec ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Qi Guo Yue was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Lucas Bünzli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Cristiano Aveiro made a huge save. Torreoncito's Lucas Bünzli got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Torreoncito's Elodio Faine in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Girona FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torreoncito's goalkeeper Qi Guo Yue, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elodio Faine in the 70th minute of play forced Girona FC's goalkeeper Cristiano Aveiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qi Guo Yue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Gdaniec in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Gdaniec in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qi Guo Yue saved Torreoncito from getting behind. Roman Gdaniec scored 2-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Qi Guo Yue, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Girona FC's goalkeeper Cristiano Aveiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Borys Okopny. In the 80thth minute of the game Roman Gdaniec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torreoncito's Qi Guo Yue was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Torreoncito's Cristiano Aveiro threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elodio Faine, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 84 played minutes Torreoncito got a freekick which was hit by Adolf Uchiha. After a defensive mix-up in Girona FC's zone, Elodio Faine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano Aveiro came out of the goal and Elodio Faine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elodio Faine got free with Cristiano Aveiro in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jüri Haiba kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. If David Palau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Girona FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Torreoncito for a fine match.
