The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Dobromir Gongolewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Jurčina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Šmelár hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Kobylica SA's Dobromir Gongolewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute Erik Náhlik suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teobald Bakes during the 11th minute. When Dušan Backo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Lerry team fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Jurák in the 26th minute of play forced Kobylica SA's goalkeeper Timoteo Bordat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kobylica SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Timoteo Bordat quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Timoteo Bordat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bohuš Čaniga in the 32nd minute of the match. Dobromir Gongolewicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Michal Jurčina when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kobylica SA's Timoteo Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bohuš Čaniga in the 38th minute of play. Michal Jurčina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincent Fleischer in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Kobylica SA's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Jurák came free, but Timoteo Bordat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kobylica SA's Timoteo Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bohuš Čaniga in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lerry team's Miroslav Jež got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bohuš Čaniga in the 72nd minute of play forced Kobylica SA's goalkeeper Timoteo Bordat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Marek Jurák recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timoteo Bordat. Marek Jurák showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Bohuš Čaniga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Timoteo Bordat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Kobylica SA's Timoteo Bordat got control of the ball when Marek Jurák tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Kobylica SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Bakes to maneuver through the defense.
