The audience was convinced that Ryleigh McBrand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niclas Bernecker was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The throw-in from Berry Costello in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Neusiedl am See's Helmar Fritsche. Gerrit-Alexander Kaiser didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th match minute, Neusiedl am See was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Pfeifenberger to maneuver through the defense. Ryley Willson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niclas Bernecker. Neusiedl am See's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darius Selmser in the 58th minute of play forced Drummanreagh AFC's goalkeeper Branagain McLian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niclas Bernecker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryleigh McBrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Martin Pfeifenberger lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card.
