Wladyslaw Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Pitta in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Correntezas EC booed when Kobylica SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Ramzinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th match minute, Correntezas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Madureira to maneuver through the defense. Virgílio Pitta might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wladyslaw Kajdasz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgílio Pitta ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgílio Pitta in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wladyslaw Kajdasz saved Kobylica SA from getting behind. Correntezas EC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silas Castro in the 37th minute. The corner led Correntezas EC's Silas Castro to fire away a dangerous shot which Wladyslaw Kajdasz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zbigniew Piczak kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The long shot by Diego Madureira in the 40th minute really tested Wladyslaw Kajdasz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Baltazar Arósio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wladyslaw Kajdasz firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 42 played minutes Kobylica SA got a freekick which was hit by Witalis Ochabski. Piotr Bugno succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Wladyslaw Kajdasz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aloísio da Cunha in the 48th minute. After the first half Kobylica SA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Kobylica SA's Witalis Ochabski got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kobylica SA's zone, Aloísio da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wladyslaw Kajdasz came out of the goal and Aloísio da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Virgílio Pitta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kobylica SA's Wladyslaw Kajdasz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Diego Madureira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wladyslaw Kajdasz. Kobylica SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Madureira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Wladyslaw Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 84 minutes, Witalis Ochabski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kobylica SA and the Correntezas EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Kobylica SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Kanczuszewski to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Correntezas EC had won after a very even match.
