Niclas Bernecker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bohuš Čaniga's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 21st minute Erik Náhlik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Bernecker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niclas Bernecker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Sudovský in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Kilian Kohler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Jurčina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Lerry team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matúš Keltoš to maneuver through the defense. Ján Horváth's late challenge caught a Neusiedl am See's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lerry team's Michal Jurčina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Lerry team from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute of the game, Matúš Keltoš landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kilian Kohler during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kilian Kohler stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michal Jurčina came out of the goal and Darius Selmser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute of the match Neusiedl am See got a corner. Lerry team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Darius Selmser ran over to the corner to take the kick. Neusiedl am See's Darius Selmser was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Michal Jurčina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lerry team's Ján Horváth got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Náhlik in the 60th minute of play forced Neusiedl am See's goalkeeper Niclas Bernecker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62ndth minute of the game Erik Náhlik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neusiedl am See's Niclas Bernecker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Lerry team's Niclas Bernecker threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erik Náhlik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lerry team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
