Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Bengtsson to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Felix Löfskog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 52 played minutes BigfatGorilla United got a freekick which was hit by Felix Löfskog. In the 53rdth minute of the game Virgílio Pitta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BigfatGorilla United's Timmy Löfkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute Virgílio Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timmy Löfkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Bengtsson's late challenge caught a Correntezas EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Bengtsson helped the player get up and apologised. Correntezas EC's Gerson Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Löfskog in the 87th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Hägg during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. BigfatGorilla United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
