An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Muxica in the 26th minute of play forced AkInCı's goalkeeper Görkem Melih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the AkInCı defense, Tiburcio Muxica kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Görkem Melih. The AkInCı fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Görkem Melih should have stopped the shot. AkInCı's Görkem Melih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 29th minute of play. After 30 played minutes AkInCı got a freekick which was hit by Timur Kalhan. In the 34th minute, Henk Veerman made a precise shot to the right of Görkem Melih. AkInCı's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. AkInCı's Görkem Melih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 38th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vassilis Kopsinis made a kick off. Görkem Melih was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Henk Veerman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henk Veerman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in AkInCı's zone, Henk Veerman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Görkem Melih came out of the goal and Henk Veerman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Henk Veerman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Görkem Melih was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. If Mustafa Yaşar Recai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Henk Veerman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Görkem Melih.
