The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bastian Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrey Denisov in the 3rd minute of play. Andrey Denisov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bastian Abel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. FC Eisenberg's Bastian Abel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasiliy Kulakov in the 11th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrey Denisov in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bastian Abel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute Курск ФК were awarded a corner. Leonid Bubnov went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Taras Baranov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bastian Abel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Eisenberg's goalkeeper Bastian Abel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute of the match Курск ФК got a corner. FC Eisenberg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonid Bubnov ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Курск ФК's corner Leonid Bubnov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bastian Abel quite easily take care of the ball. Andrey Denisov took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bastian Abel. Bastian Abel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Bastian Abel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrey Denisov went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 28 played minutes Курск ФК got a freekick which was hit by Filimon Tarasov. In the 30th minute Andrey Denisov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Abel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Mario Neumann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Eisenberg getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Herbert Hopmeier hit a great ball. Bastian Abel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrey Denisov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes of play, Курск ФК's Andrey Denisov made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bastian Abel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 47 played minutes Курск ФК got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Bubnov. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrey Denisov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bastian Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrey Denisov in the 52nd minute of the match. Froilan Sol hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Eisenberg's goalkeeper Bastian Abel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But to his dismay, Andrey Denisov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Silvio Abergell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Курск ФК made a substitution. Filipp Ilyin replaced Vasiliy Kulakov. Bastian Abel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Eisenberg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonid Bubnov was slow to take the kick. During this time Курск ФК's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Курск ФК's Filipp Ilyin to fire away a dangerous shot which Bastian Abel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Herbert Hopmeier hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd match minute, FC Eisenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Hopmeier to maneuver through the defense. Filipp Ilyin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bastian Abel having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Курск ФК walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
