Napoleon Jajko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leonides Rosio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 15th minute Leonides Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Jajko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Palacio in the 22nd minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Lester Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Camilo Mouricio got a free kick in the 25th minute. When Mateo Palacio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Zjem Cię fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Palacio couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Rosio got free with Napoleon Jajko in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the game, Leonides Rosio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Napoleon Jajko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mateo Palacio took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lester Serre. Lester Serre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonides Rosio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lester Serre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Palacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Mateo Palacio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Lester Serre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save San Lorenzo de Sarandi from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Leonides Rosio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Napoleon Jajko. Zjem Cię's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonides Rosio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Delmar Ostadar was substituted for Leonides Rosio. After 62 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Mouricio. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Delmar Ostadar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Ostadar in the 74th minute of play forced Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Napoleon Jajko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Ostadar in the 76th minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Delmar Ostadar in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zjem Cię's goalie prevented a goal. Ryszard Luty kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Zjem Cię made a substitution. Lino Orešar replaced Jim Morrison. In the 90th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryszard Luty to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Delmar Ostadar notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Zjem Cię's Napoleon Jajko. Napoleon Jajko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Prospero Mergildo made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Zjem Cię's Miroslaw Cichowski. Mateo Palacio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Lester Serre made a huge save.
