Felix Ibar kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. When Santa Maradona's Rigoberto Thomas in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ManagerZone Crew's goalie prevented a goal. Patrick Armstrong came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Miguel Transito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Transito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Rodolfo Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Errapel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ununger, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Patrick Armstrong successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Miguel Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Rodolfo Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Thomas. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Miguel Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Maradona's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Armstrong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ununger in the 47th minute of play forced Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Jonathan Errapel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Robert Ununger managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManagerZone Crew's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Ununger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Errapel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herminio Birila's late challenge caught a ManagerZone Crew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Birila helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Santa Maradona got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Birila. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Rodolfo Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 68th minute of play. Peter Linkhorst could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Jonathan Errapel made a huge save. Jonathan Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 72nd minute of play. In the 81st match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Våleman to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santa Maradona's attentive Ratan Ayala managed to snatch the ball when Thorsten Dietz made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Marcus Majewski's late challenge caught a Santa Maradona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcus Majewski helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Majewski. Rigoberto Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Transito hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the ManagerZone Crew players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Santa Maradona.
