Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Armando Natalucci took the kick off in the first half of the match. Brembols's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Armando Natalucci scored to the left of an out of position Eugenio Franceschelli, making the score, 1-0. In the 11th minute, Gunther Zapf made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Antognoni. Italy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Edgar Abersell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bruno Antognoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Italy's Armando Natalucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eugenio Franceschelli. Eugenio Franceschelli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 18th match minute, Brembols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Gerdberg to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Italy's zone, Haisenberg Dolar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Antognoni came out of the goal and Haisenberg Dolar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugenio Franceschelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Natalucci's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Natalucci in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Franceschelli saved Brembols from getting behind. After having played for 27 minutes, Armando Natalucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Natalucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Franceschelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Natalucci's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Eugenio Franceschelli came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Armando Natalucci. But to his dismay, Armando Natalucci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 36th minute of the match Brembols got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Abersell ran over to the corner to take the kick. 41 minutes into the match, Armando Natalucci dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eugenio Franceschelli, 5-2. After a rather tough play, Brembols's Gunther Zapf got a free kick in the 45th minute. Italy's Bruno Antognoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haisenberg Dolar in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haisenberg Dolar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Haisenberg Dolar came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bruno Antognoni could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Armando Natalucci put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Eugenio Franceschelli. Italy's Carmine Gargano was substituted for Rui Costa. Italy's Lautaro-Gabriel Martinez was substituted for Armando Natalucci. Eugenio Franceschelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Skarsø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brembols's Ercole Schiavio was substituted for Federico Maccarone. A sloppy throw-in by Gunther Zapf in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Didi Skarsø. In the 82nd match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro-Gabriel Martinez to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Franceschelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro-Gabriel Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
