Bailey Kerns had several of the American Airlines's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Marcell Lengyel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Clark Holloway kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by American Airlines's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olimpiu Mirciulescu was slow to take the kick. During this time PALMEIRAS-UTAH's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on PALMEIRAS-UTAH's corner Olimpiu Mirciulescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcell Lengyel quite easily take care of the ball. Bailey Kerns's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Marcell Lengyel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If 尤明广 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute of the match, Clark Holloway got a very nice opportunity to score, but 严昂军 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 63rdth minute of the game Andre Randall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but American Airlines's Marcell Lengyel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 65 minutes of play, PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Donald Voldfrom made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
