Roger Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saul Owens struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Roger Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monroe Cervantes's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Strong Survive's Tolga Tümkurt got control of the ball when Calvin Yarbrough tried to sneak it across the goal line. Freddie Moyer might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tolga Tümkurt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 80th minute Damien Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Strong Survive's goal looked a bit too open when Monroe Braun came free, but Tolga Tümkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Strong Survive's Tolga Tümkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddie Moyer in the 94th minute of play. Key West FC's Luciano Charles got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Strong Survive were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Key West FC's much stronger midfield.
