Trevor Michaud was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Trevor Michaud came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Key Biscayne FC's Ali Hogue. But to his dismay, Ali Hogue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Trevor Michaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georges Collard in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, one of American Top Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for American Top Team. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Key Biscayne FC. Dustin Burton stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Trevor Michaud. 0-3. A collision led to Key Biscayne FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Dustin Burton hit a great ball. Arnoldo Shorts short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Lonnie Hurley to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Trevor Michaud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Hogue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Winford Craig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the game, Key Biscayne FC's Georges Collard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Trevor Michaud made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Trevor Michaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dustin Burton, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 33 minutes into the match, American Top Team's goal looked a bit too open when Georges Collard came free, but Trevor Michaud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the American Top Team defense, Dustin Burton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trevor Michaud. The American Top Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trevor Michaud should have stopped the shot. After 39 played minutes American Top Team got a freekick which was hit by Winford Craig. With a little luck, Key Biscayne FC's Lonnie Hurley got control of the ball when Clay Quintana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Trevor Michaud didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dustin Burton went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Costanza during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Key Biscayne FC's George Costanza got a free kick in the 47th minute. Lonnie Hurley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Winford Craig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Short stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clay Quintana struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Lonnie Hurley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for American Top Team. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georges Collard got free with Trevor Michaud in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Key Biscayne FC's Georges Collard managed to work through American Top Team's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Georges Collard dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 59 minutes into the match, Deon Savage notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of American Top Team's Trevor Michaud. Trevor Michaud was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Quincy Nolan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Matthew Dooley hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dustin Burton during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Key Biscayne FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dustin Burton hit a great ball. Alex Hyatt took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Trevor Michaud. Trevor Michaud dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Winford Craig kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Georges Collard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trevor Michaud didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georges Collard went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. American Top Team's Trevor Michaud proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save American Top Team from getting a goal against them. Alex Hyatt took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Trevor Michaud. Trevor Michaud dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. After 93 minutes of play, Key Biscayne FC's Georges Collard made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trevor Michaud was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 97th play minutes Alex Hyatt shot 0-14, a short shot which went by Trevor Michaud and just under the crossbar into goal. Key Biscayne FC played a much better game than American Top Team and deserved their victory. The American Top Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
