With an all-out effort, Khachatryan's Moisés Nóbrega threw himself towards the right post 2 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tigran Kirakosyan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Khachatryan's Merlin Castro in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huestes de Excalibur's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merlin Castro in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moisés Nóbrega saved Huestes de Excalibur from getting behind. With a little luck, Huestes de Excalibur's Moisés Nóbrega got control of the ball when Merlin Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Merlin Castro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Huestes de Excalibur's Moisés Nóbrega. Moisés Nóbrega was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merlin Castro in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moisés Nóbrega saved Huestes de Excalibur from getting behind. Huestes de Excalibur's Moisés Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Huestes de Excalibur from getting a goal against them. Tigran Balayan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tonček Kraljič, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Tonček Kraljič managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huestes de Excalibur's supporters rose to their feet, but Tonček Kraljič was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tigran Balayan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tigran Kirakosyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Nóbrega having to interfere. Moisés Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merlin Castro in the 29th minute. When Huestes de Excalibur's Umur Torhan in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Khachatryan's goalie prevented a goal. Moisés Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Merlin Castro sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the game, Khachatryan's Merlin Castro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moisés Nóbrega made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Moisés Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merlin Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Khachatryan's Merlin Castro in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huestes de Excalibur's goalie prevented a goal. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Huestes de Excalibur's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Merlin Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time Khachatryan's players had a chance to rest. Moisés Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Merlin Castro sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tonček Kraljič to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Merlin Castro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huestes de Excalibur's Moisés Nóbrega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Moisés Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merlin Castro in the 56th minute of play. When Tonček Kraljič fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huestes de Excalibur's protests and gave Tonček Kraljič a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when Huestes de Excalibur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonček Kraljič didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Huestes de Excalibur's goal looked a bit too open when Grigor Grigoryan came free, but Moisés Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khachatryan were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Huestes de Excalibur's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Merlin Castro took the corner. 63 minutes into the match, Huestes de Excalibur's goal looked a bit too open when Grigor Grigoryan came free, but Moisés Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tigran Balayan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umur Torhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Khachatryan got a freekick which was hit by Wawrzyniec Budrewicz. The audience was convinced that Merlin Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Moisés Nóbrega was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Moisés Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigor Grigoryan in the 76th minute of the match. When Khachatryan's Merlin Castro in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner ended in Merlin Castro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Huestes de Excalibur's Moisés Nóbrega did a great save. Khachatryan were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Huestes de Excalibur's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Merlin Castro took the corner. After having played for 95 minutes, Umur Torhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huestes de Excalibur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umur Torhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Khachatryan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Huestes de Excalibur had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
