An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Ferraz in the 5th minute of play forced Western Springs FC's goalkeeper Hal Mackey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garry Conn in the 9th minute of play forced CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's goalkeeper Alonso Larsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rufus Weldon in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's corner Rufus Weldon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hal Mackey quite easily take care of the ball. Hal Mackey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Chacon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hal Mackey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dudu Ferraz in the 17th minute. Western Springs FC's Hal Mackey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Ferraz in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI were awarded a corner. Rufus Weldon went to the cornerflag to take it. Western Springs FC's Hal Mackey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Western Springs FC from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Dudu Ferraz made a precise shot to the right of Hal Mackey. Western Springs FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dudu Ferraz in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hal Mackey saved Western Springs FC from getting behind. Western Springs FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Donald Kaczor scored to the left of an out of position Hal Mackey, making the score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Ferraz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donald Kaczor in the 52nd minute of play forced Western Springs FC's goalkeeper Hal Mackey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Dudu Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hal Mackey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dudu Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hal Mackey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dudu Ferraz's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donald Kaczor in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hal Mackey saved Western Springs FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Donald Kaczor sped through Western Springs FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hal Mackey. In the 68th minute, Donald Kaczor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 minutes Western Springs FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rufus Weldon who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dudu Ferraz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Western Springs FC's Hal Mackey did a great save. Dudu Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hal Mackey having to interfere. Hal Mackey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donald Kaczor in the 78th minute of play. Hal Mackey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudu Ferraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Western Springs FC's Austin Dobbs was substituted for Emmanuel Corley. Hal Mackey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Western Springs FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Ferraz came free, but Hal Mackey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI got a corner. Western Springs FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rufus Weldon ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 91st minute Donald Kaczor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hal Mackey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sebastian Call had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
