Pedro Paulo Carioca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hal Mackey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neal Drew in the 9th minute of the match. Hal Mackey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominique Beasley in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Robert Potopea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Paulo Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hal Mackey having to interfere. Neal Drew scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hal Mackey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanton Mueller in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hal Mackey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hal Mackey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Paulo Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Western Springs FC's Marty Hanley got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Paulo Carioca in the 31st minute of play forced Western Springs FC's goalkeeper Hal Mackey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes Western Springs FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stanton Mueller who took care of the corner kick. Darnell Contreras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Stanton Mueller made a precise shot to the right of Hal Mackey. Western Springs FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Pedro Paulo Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the ARMENIAN 11 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Paulo Carioca couldn't finish the play. Hal Mackey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Neal Drew's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Garry Conn came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gregorio Green could save by the left post. Stanton Mueller struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Hal Mackey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARMENIAN 11. The Western Springs FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ARMENIAN 11 were winning 0-2.

54 minutes into the match, Western Springs FC's goal looked a bit too open when Neal Drew came free, but Hal Mackey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match Western Springs FC got a corner. ARMENIAN 11's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emmanuel Corley ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Emmanuel Corley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gregorio Green quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, ARMENIAN 11's Darnell Contreras got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Stanton Mueller managed to get in a good position for a shot. ARMENIAN 11's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanton Mueller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hal Mackey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to ARMENIAN 11 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Stanton Mueller hit a great ball. ARMENIAN 11 made a substitution. Márcio Brito replaced Guy Rispal. Gregorio Green showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garry Conn, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Garry Conn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Green having to interfere. When ARMENIAN 11's Neal Drew in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Western Springs FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Western Springs FC's Hal Mackey got control of the ball when Pedro Paulo Carioca tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the ARMENIAN 11 defense, Kerry McDonald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gregorio Green. The ARMENIAN 11 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gregorio Green should have stopped the shot. Frankie Russell kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARMENIAN 11's goalkeeper Gregorio Green, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Emmanuel Corley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 叶洋誉 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Hal Mackey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ARMENIAN 11 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
