An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Malbec in the 15th minute of play forced ARMENIAN 11's goalkeeper Gregorio Green to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primo Dunđer's late challenge caught a ARMENIAN 11's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primo Dunđer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute of the match Stanton Mueller sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bryant Miles skillfully saved the ball. Charlotte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Don Malbec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
