In the 9th minute of the match Shelton Flanagan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roman Rollins skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Cyryl Karpinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aníbal Lorenzi was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Aníbal Lorenzi made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Vitinho Diniz sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when The Team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otis Short didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aníbal Lorenzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Stuart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Cao Shi Yi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aníbal Lorenzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitinho Diniz in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Cao Shi Yi made a precise shot to the right of Roman Rollins. Boca Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The Boca Juniors players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Team FC were winning 1-2.

59 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Roman Rollins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cao Shi Yi. The Team FC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Boca Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Shelton Flanagan took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Otis Short heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Team FC's Aníbal Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Karpinski in the 63rd minute of play. Cao Shi Yi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Roman Rollins skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Boca Juniors's Roman Rollins got control of the ball when Cao Shi Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71stth minute of the game Cao Shi Yi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Roman Rollins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernie Dixon to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the game, Cao Shi Yi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roman Rollins. Cao Shi Yi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 81st minute Cao Shi Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Rollins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cao Shi Yi in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roman Rollins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cao Shi Yi in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Rollins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute of the match The Team FC got a corner. Boca Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Shelton Flanagan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Team FC's Baykan İnanoğlu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Roman Rollins in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A well-hit corner resulted in Grant Foote heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cao Shi Yi in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Rollins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Cao Shi Yi put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Rollins. When Boca Juniors's J.C. Ogden in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Team FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Team FC played a much better game than Boca Juniors and deserved their victory. The Boca Juniors players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
