Iustin Florea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joaquim Vilar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 10th minute Joaquim Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustin Florea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Vilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Iustin Florea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice moves Domingo Lopez could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Iustin Florea however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as El Canalla de Chicago's Domingo Lopez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iustin Florea. That made the score 2-0 after 22 minutes of play. El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Johnsson in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Johnsson in the 26th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Verner Johnsson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde. Wilbur Hyde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilbur Hyde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, El Canalla de Chicago's Emmanuel Lockhart got a free kick in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Verner Johnsson notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde. Wilbur Hyde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Vilar to make the kick off. Iustin Florea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Mueller in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Johnsson in the 55th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Johnsson in the 56th minute of play. Wilbur Hyde came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Kal - El's John Tilley. But to his dismay, John Tilley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Iustin Florea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Lopez in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Jonah Lockhart came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Canalla de Chicago's Cary Ackerman was substituted for Andreas Sanchez. In the 73rd minute of the match Kal - El got a corner. El Canalla de Chicago's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Verner Johnsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iustin Florea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Vilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Kal - El's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Vilar came free, but Iustin Florea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustin Florea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cary Ackerman in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Armando Leobardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Canalla de Chicago fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Joaquim Vilar scored 4-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iustin Florea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iustin Florea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Lopez in the 90th minute of play. Iustin Florea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justin Raines, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. With a little luck, El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde got control of the ball when John Tilley tried to sneak it across the goal line. The El Canalla de Chicago players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
