The throw-in from Baykan İnanoğlu in the 5th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by El Canalla de Chicago's Emmanuel Lockhart. Aníbal Lorenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Lopez in the 7th minute of play. Wilbur Hyde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shelton Flanagan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde got control of the ball when Cao Shi Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, The Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Vilar came free, but Aníbal Lorenzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquim Vilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aníbal Lorenzi having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, The Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Vilar came free, but Aníbal Lorenzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Baykan İnanoğlu in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by El Canalla de Chicago's Nathan Shannon. Aníbal Lorenzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Lopez in the 32nd minute of play forced The Team FC's goalkeeper Aníbal Lorenzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38th play minutes Shelton Flanagan shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Wilbur Hyde and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Mueller in the 42nd minute of play forced The Team FC's goalkeeper Aníbal Lorenzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Cao Shi Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilbur Hyde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Team FC's Aníbal Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Lopez in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquim Vilar to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Cao Shi Yi came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Team FC's goalkeeper Aníbal Lorenzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Vilar got free with Aníbal Lorenzi in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aníbal Lorenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Lopez in the 66th minute of play. The Team FC's Aníbal Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Lopez in the 68th minute of play. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rex McLain in the 70th minute of play. The Team FC made a substitution. Gavin Singleton replaced Otis Short. El Canalla de Chicago made a substitution. Armando Leobardo replaced Claude Mueller. El Canalla de Chicago's Emmanuel Lockhart managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Baykan İnanoğlu in the 76 minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, The Team FC's Shelton Flanagan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilbur Hyde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Shelton Flanagan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Wilbur Hyde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Leobardo in the 83rd minute of play forced The Team FC's goalkeeper Aníbal Lorenzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Canalla de Chicago were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after The Team FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joaquim Vilar took the corner. Joaquim Vilar made a great header on El Canalla de Chicago's corner, it was just that The Team FC's Aníbal Lorenzi managed to reach the ball for a save. Wilbur Hyde came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by The Team FC's Cao Shi Yi. But to his dismay, Cao Shi Yi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Aníbal Lorenzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justin Raines, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cao Shi Yi in the 95th minute of play. The Team FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
