Eduardo Remicio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Kennedy in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Bruno Oskitz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Randall Stevens. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 11th minute, Carlo Salazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by New Iberia AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lukasz Jazwiec was slow to take the kick. During this time Chard United's players had a chance to rest. Virgilio Kennedy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Remicio having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, New Iberia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Garrison to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, New Iberia AFC's Glen Lefler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Randall Stevens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Randall Stevens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glen Lefler in the 24th minute of play. Chard United's Martin Craven was substituted for Lamar Arthur. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Kennedy to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Jazwiec got free with Eduardo Remicio in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chard United's Lukasz Jazwiec got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlo Salazar hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Virgilio Kennedy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of New Iberia AFC booed when Chard United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalton James didn't get a good kick on the ball. Randall Stevens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glen Lefler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute 孙骋磊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Remicio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Chard United booed when New Iberia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hank Feldman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Glen Lefler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89thth minute of the game Virgilio Kennedy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Iberia AFC's Eduardo Remicio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgilio Kennedy might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduardo Remicio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgilio Kennedy ran back to his position shaking his head. Norbert Swift kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Chard United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
