In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Antonio HotSPURS's goalkeeper Cesar Donio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. San Antonio HotSPURS's Cesar Donio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshall Medina in the 8th minute of play. Cesar Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Medina in the 10th minute of the match. When San Antonio HotSPURS's Alonso Snider in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalie prevented a goal. Alonso Snider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesar Donio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Marshall Medina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesar Donio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cesar Donio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Marshall Medina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cesar Donio. San Antonio HotSPURS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marshall Medina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cesar Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Medina in the 35th minute of the match. The corner led EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina to fire away a dangerous shot which Cesar Donio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Medina in the 38th minute of play forced San Antonio HotSPURS's goalkeeper Cesar Donio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, San Antonio HotSPURS's Osvaldo Daunte threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alonso Snider, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After the first half EL LOBO DE MIAMI were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marshall Medina made a kick off. Giuseppe Conway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Donio made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Marshall Medina sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Junior MacKenzie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Corley came free, but Osvaldo Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesar Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Medina in the 63rd minute of the match. If Marshall Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marshall Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Cesar Donio made a huge save. Cesar Donio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Marshall Medina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cesar Donio. The goal made the score 0-3. San Antonio HotSPURS's Stewart Pritchard was substituted for Cary Wright. San Antonio HotSPURS's Stefanos Kassanos was substituted for Sergio Hammer. EL LOBO DE MIAMI made a substitution. Gustavo Lyons replaced Virgil Caudill. 79 minutes in the game Saul House did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Giuseppe Conway. In the 79th minute, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cesar Donio. Cesar Donio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonso Snider in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Chad Tuttle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The EL LOBO DE MIAMI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing EL LOBO DE MIAMI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
