Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ismael Fritz made the kick off which started today's match. Ismael Fritz might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Gröhe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismael Fritz ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Triplett struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Marcelo Gröhe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lima FC. 13 minutes in the game, Ismael Fritz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marcelo Gröhe having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Wichita Regulators's zone, Ismael Fritz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gröhe came out of the goal and Ismael Fritz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 played minutes Wichita Regulators got a freekick which was hit by Ali Bagley. Marcelo Gröhe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chase Wolfe in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wichita Regulators's Mike Feliciano got a free kick in the 28th minute. Ismael Fritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wichita Regulators's Marcelo Gröhe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Wichita Regulators from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Fritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Connor Davies made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nick Doss however managed to control. In the 41st minute Ismael Fritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gröhe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Bagley to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chase Wolfe in the 54th minute of play forced Wichita Regulators's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rashad Rosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Marcelo Gröhe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Wichita Regulators got a freekick which was hit by Stewart Lowery. In the 65th match minute, Wichita Regulators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joesph Hager to maneuver through the defense. Wichita Regulators's Marcelo Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Triplett in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Wichita Regulators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stewart Lowery to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Fritz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Ismael Fritz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lima FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Fritz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Fritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Marcelo Gröhe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Fritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute of the match Lima FC got a corner. Wichita Regulators's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rashad Rosen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Triplett made a great header on Lima FC's corner, it was just that Wichita Regulators's Marcelo Gröhe managed to reach the ball for a save. 88 minutes into the match, Wichita Regulators's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Fritz came free, but Marcelo Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nick Doss hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Ismael Fritz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lima FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Fritz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Chase Wolfe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Ismael Fritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gröhe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lima FC had played much better football throughout.
