Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leon Ledochowski kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Banfield FI's Maurício Roriz got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute of the match Nick Doss shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Markus Bachman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 8 played minutes Wichita Regulators got a freekick which was hit by Louie Bowden. After a defensive mix-up in Wichita Regulators's zone, Maurício Roriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gröhe came out of the goal and Maurício Roriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wichita Regulators's Marcelo Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Ledochowski in the 10th minute of play. Virgilio Cowan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Markus Bachman made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Joesph Hager sent off a good shot on target. Virgilio Cowan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Gröhe having to interfere. Marcelo Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quinton Rivers, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Wichita Regulators's Louie Bowden got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Maurício Roriz, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Leon Ledochowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Marcelo Gröhe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Quinton Rivers notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Wichita Regulators's Marcelo Gröhe. Marcelo Gröhe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Bagley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stan Craft got free with Marcelo Gröhe in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Quinton Rivers sped through Wichita Regulators's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelo Gröhe. After a rather tough play, Banfield FI's Virgilio Cowan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quinton Rivers got free with Marcelo Gröhe in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Banfield FI's Virgilio Cowan got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Matthew Dotson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Gröhe. Wichita Regulators's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthew Dotson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Wichita Regulators's zone, Leon Ledochowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gröhe came out of the goal and Leon Ledochowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinton Rivers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Wichita Regulators's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stan Craft. Marcelo Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quinton Rivers, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quinton Rivers got free with Marcelo Gröhe in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Maurício Roriz took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Marcelo Gröhe to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Wichita Regulators booed when Banfield FI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurício Roriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Gröhe was a little too slow when Leon Ledochowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Banfield FI left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Wichita Regulators.
