Julio Matthews kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Garth Wray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Otis Roach fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lima FC's protests and gave Otis Roach a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lima FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Otis Roach hit a great ball. Bennett Donahue made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Garth Wray sent off a good shot on target. Bennett Donahue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Salter in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Lima FC got a freekick which was hit by Otis Roach. Bennett Donahue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danial Salter, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Garth Wray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Wray in the 25th minute of play forced Lima FC's goalkeeper Bennett Donahue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacy Kitchen in the 27th minute of play forced Lima FC's goalkeeper Bennett Donahue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bennett Donahue didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danial Salter went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Lima FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Chase Wolfe hit a great ball. Bennett Donahue made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Ian Chung sent off a good shot on target. Ian Chung could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Bennett Donahue made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacy Kitchen in the 40th minute of play forced Lima FC's goalkeeper Bennett Donahue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stacy Kitchen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bennett Donahue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bennett Donahue was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Danial Salter capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danial Salter really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Bennett Donahue made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Chung in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Daniel Triplett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rinto Kalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes Lake Wales FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rashad Rosen who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Lima FC's corner Dillon Metz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rinto Kalla quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Chase Wolfe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lima FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chase Wolfe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rinto Kalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ian Chung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennett Donahue having to interfere. Bennett Donahue came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lake Wales FC's Garth Wray. But to his dismay, Garth Wray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Danial Salter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Lake Wales FC's Gordon Knight got a free kick in the 66th minute. Bennett Donahue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Davenport in the 69th minute of play. Bennett Donahue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danial Salter, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The long shot by Rashad Rosen in the 76th minute really tested Rinto Kalla's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Ian Chung had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bennett Donahue. Lima FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Chung was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Bennett Donahue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Chung in the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Lima FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Chung came free, but Bennett Donahue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lake Wales FC's Toby Ruiz was substituted for Ian Chung. In the 93rd minute, Ismael Fritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Toby Ruiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lake Wales FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Lake Wales FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
