Gilles Eichenberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Zhou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes FC Schalke 04's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carl Åberg who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to LOS BUITRES's Rachid Baba Ali Ali Riza getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience was convinced that Xavier Salazar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilles Eichenberger was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 27thth minute of the game Xavier Salazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Schalke 04's Gilles Eichenberger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 28 in the game by Benedykt Cwenar from a close distance when the talented Truman Harrington managed to make a qualified save. LOS BUITRES's players were relieved. Benedykt Cwenar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Truman Harrington 28 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Schalke 04's goalkeeper Gilles Eichenberger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Lv Zhou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Lv Zhou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilles Eichenberger was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. FC Schalke 04's Gilles Eichenberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Zhou in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Schalke 04's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carl Åberg was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS BUITRES's players had a chance to rest. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when František Spousta made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Schalke 04's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carl Åberg was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS BUITRES's players had a chance to rest. Carl Åberg made a great header on LOS BUITRES's corner, it was just that FC Schalke 04's Gilles Eichenberger managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Lv Zhou managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS BUITRES's supporters rose to their feet, but Lv Zhou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilles Eichenberger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LOS BUITRES's Gustav Bjørslev was substituted for Carl Åberg. In the 70th minute, František Spousta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 minutes of play, FC Schalke 04's Riho Hindpere made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Truman Harrington was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lv Zhou took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilles Eichenberger. Gilles Eichenberger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. FC Schalke 04's Gilles Eichenberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Zhou in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 played minutes FC Schalke 04 got a freekick which was hit by Tuan Seay. Gilles Eichenberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Zhou, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Gilles Eichenberger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lv Zhou's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The LOS BUITRES players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
