When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Terrence McAllister made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikitas Papaiakovou got free with Egil Östlund in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th match minute, Golden Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orville Hough to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Terrence McAllister got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Golden Hills's Bryan Clifford got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute Ward Doran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasey Countess saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egil Östlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terrence McAllister in the 61st minute of the match. New England Minas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Brice Ricks kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Wilfredo Buddle hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Golden Hills's Ward Doran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kasey Countess narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Golden Hills booed when New England Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brice Ricks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ward Doran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasey Countess read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Golden Hills were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after New England Minas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Santo Sparks took the corner. In the 83rd minute, Jerold Brownell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kasey Countess was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Kasey Countess didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ward Doran went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 91 minutes, Ward Doran made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. New England Minas's Kasey Countess tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
