New England Minas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richie Arnold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Vernon Kinney hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richie Arnold in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kasey Countess prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute of the match Astrologer FC got a corner. New England Minas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Scottie Leonard ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Albert Becker got a free kick in the 17th minute. Astrologer FC's Scottie Leonard took a good shot, in the 17th minute, which hit the crossbar above Kasey Countess's head, and flew over the goal. New England Minas's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Astrologer FC. Kasey Countess made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damon Blue in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Astrologer FC's Tomas McCray got a free kick in the 27th minute. Son Santiago, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terrence McAllister got free with Tomas Landry in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Landry stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Terrence McAllister's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Astrologer FC's Alfred Mays sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kasey Countess narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terrence McAllister, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Anthony Faturrahman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Terrence McAllister got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Arnold in the 44th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Kasey Countess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Landry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Faturrahman in the 46th minute of the match. Jessie Ware charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jessie Ware the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Son Santiago got a free kick in the 47th minute. Alfred Mays sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Terrence McAllister made the kick off in the second half. Kasey Countess stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richie Arnold's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. With a little luck, New England Minas's Kasey Countess got control of the ball when Richie Arnold tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Astrologer FC's Richie Arnold slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kasey Countess. That made the score 0-2 after 62 minutes of play. A hard shot 66 in the game by Richie Arnold from a close distance when the talented Kasey Countess managed to make a qualified save. New England Minas's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Arnold in the 67th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Kasey Countess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brice Ricks kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Richie Arnold left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astrologer FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 78th minute, Astrologer FC's Richie Arnold dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the last second Kasey Countess throw himself and got hold of the ball when Richie Arnold in the 85thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Astrologer FC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after New England Minas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Scottie Leonard took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Son Santiago during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in New England Minas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Astrologer FC. Scottie Leonard stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kasey Countess. 0-5. In the 96thth minute of the game Richie Arnold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New England Minas's Kasey Countess was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Arnold in the 97th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Kasey Countess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 99 minutes, Terrence McAllister managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New England Minas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrence McAllister was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Astrologer FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
