Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Pueblo FC's Douglas Medley started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gerry Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boyd Winkler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stacey Banning showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Douglas Medley scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eulalio Francesco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Boyd Winkler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stacey Banning, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Gerry Franco struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Eulalio Francesco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pueblo FC. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind River tu grato nombre's goalkeeper Eulalio Francesco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pueblo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jackson Valle in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute Douglas Medley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Stacey Banning's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boyd Winkler was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Stacey Banning had several of the Pueblo FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 34 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Boyd Winkler as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Pueblo FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Shelton Clifton hit a great ball. When Douglas Medley came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Pueblo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Medley couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Stacey Banning made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Ari Willingham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pueblo FC and the River tu grato nombre players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of River tu grato nombre booed when Pueblo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ari Willingham didn't get a good kick on the ball. River tu grato nombre's Eulalio Francesco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save River tu grato nombre from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, Pueblo FC's Gerry Franco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eulalio Francesco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Pueblo FC's Jackson Valle broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Stacey Banning blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boyd Winkler having to make a save. 73 minutes into the match, Pueblo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stacey Banning came free, but Boyd Winkler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74th play minutes Douglas Medley shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Eulalio Francesco and just under the crossbar into goal. Eulalio Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerry Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goalkeeper Eulalio Francesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Douglas Medley. Tadeusz Chodzinski kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Eulalio Francesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Douglas Medley in the 88th minute. Eulalio Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerry Franco in the 90th minute of play. Eulalio Francesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerry Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. John Presley kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match Russell Hare sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eulalio Francesco skillfully saved the ball. Pueblo FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
