After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's David Stenkvist got a free kick in the 31st minute. Loco Team FC's Eric Vandenberge got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Erauso scored 1-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ged Nightingale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Marco Erauso made the kick off in the second half. Loco Team FC's Maicon Alves was substituted for Arthur Schopenhauer. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emeterio Galindo during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arrows Academy FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
