The supporters of Masters United F.C. booed when Újlõrincfalva LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dénes Kenesei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Illés Kiss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Teofilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Saverio Teofilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Illés Kiss was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Florencio Rafe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Illés Kiss having to make a save. After 37 minutes, Boldizsár Szabados mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Újlõrincfalva LC and the Masters United F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Újlõrincfalva LC got a freekick which was hit by Boldizsár Szabados. In the 39th minute Celso Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Illés Kiss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Bologna made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Boldizsár Szabados sent off a good shot on target. Imre Vörös was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Masters United F.C.. Anselmo Ted stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Illés Kiss. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Rafe to make the kick off.
