Endrik Fuchs started the match with the kick off. Claudio Fioravanti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Los Desperados Szczecin booed when Kamionka Death SquaD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Tonio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes in the game, Jerzy Tamulewicz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacek Henryk having to interfere. Kasper Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksymilian Betonowy in the 15th minute of the match. Los Desperados Szczecin were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Kamionka Death SquaD's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kléberson Rodrigues took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Klement Ledochowski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Claudio Fioravanti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jacek Henryk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Kamionka Death SquaD's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Ledochowski came free, but Kasper Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Kléberson Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacek Henryk acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcelo Ascencio. Jerzy Tamulewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacek Henryk having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Tamulewicz in the 42nd minute of play forced Los Desperados Szczecin's goalkeeper Jacek Henryk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Kamionka Death SquaD made a substitution. Oliver Bierhoff replaced Jerzy Tamulewicz. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Bierhoff was the one to do the kick off. When Oliver Bierhoff came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Kamionka Death SquaD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Bierhoff couldn't finish the play. Endrik Fuchs charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Endrik Fuchs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Endrik Fuchs hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Oliver Bierhoff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacek Henryk was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Jacek Henryk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 68th minute of play. Kamionka Death SquaD made a substitution. Damian Rydz replaced Florian Narbut. After taking down the ball on Kamionka Death SquaD's corner Claudio Fioravanti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacek Henryk quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Los Desperados Szczecin's Kléberson Rodrigues got a free kick in the 79th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Endrik Fuchs in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kamionka Death SquaD's Dawid Serwacki. After 91 played minutes, Kamionka Death SquaD's Marcelo Ascencio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacek Henryk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kamionka Death SquaD reached it. If Claudio Fioravanti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither Kamionka Death SquaD or Los Desperados Szczecin succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Endrik Fuchs in Los Desperados Szczecin was the one to initiate the kick off. Claudio Fioravanti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 108thth minute tested the skills of Jacek Henryk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 116th minute, Wojciech Winograd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score was still level after an even and exciting first-half in extra time. The players took a moment to grab a drink and get instructions from their managers before swapping ends.

The players still looked rather fresh even though it was time for second half of the overtime. Oliver Bierhoff did a quick kick off. Jacek Henryk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 125th minute of play. After 126 played minutes Kamionka Death SquaD got a freekick which was hit by Dawid Serwacki. In the 127th minute Endrik Fuchs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wieslaw Bykowski's late challenge caught a Kamionka Death SquaD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wieslaw Bykowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kamionka Death SquaD booed when Los Desperados Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 130 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Bykowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Los Desperados Szczecin getting a freekick after 131 minutes play. Kléberson Rodrigues hit a great ball. In the 135th minute Los Desperados Szczecin were awarded a corner. Kléberson Rodrigues went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Kléberson Rodrigues almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kamionka Death SquaD's Kasper Schmeichel did a great save. After 30 minutes of extra-time there was still no winner. The players now faced the much dreaded penalty shoot-out.

Kamionka Death SquaD:s Jacek Henryk showed great skill when he stopped Klement Ledochowski:s penalty. In the 140th minute, the referee gave Los Desperados Szczecin a penalty. Kléberson Rodrigues looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Kasper Schmeichel. Jacek Henryk had in the 143rdth minute some difficulties stopping Damazy Adamski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The score was 2-1 after a penalty in the 144th minute, where Kamionka Death SquaD:s Samuel Goito tricked Los Desperados Szczecin:s Jacek Henryk with a difficult ball by the left post. Kamionka Death SquaD:s Jacek Henryk showed great skill when he stopped Jacek Henryk:s penalty.
