A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Bahrija Rogulj with Berker Başhekim as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 26th minute Ezequiel Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Frankfurter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chinese CJ Youth Academy getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Long Xiang Yuan hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Berker Başhekim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobo Guará's supporters rose to their feet, but Berker Başhekim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Frankfurter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Anaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edinson Haaland went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lobo Guará booed when Chinese CJ Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edinson Haaland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edinson Haaland in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Berker Başhekim got free with Frank Frankfurter in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lobo Guará made a substitution. Aykut Adar replaced Nuno Cardoso. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Börje Ivarsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kokki Mon, made in the 57th minute of the game. After 59 minutes of play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Edinson Haaland made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Anaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 63 minutes, Vlad Imperiale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lobo Guará and the Chinese CJ Youth Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lobo Guará's Berker Başhekim got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günther Doty in the 75th minute of play. The throw-in from Xu Yong Feng in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lobo Guará's Vlad Imperiale. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Günther Doty in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Anaya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute Günther Doty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Chinese CJ Youth Academy booed when Lobo Guará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykut Adar didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lobo Guará had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
