Reis United's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Teixeira came free, but João Paulo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evandro Varela in the 15th minute of play forced S.C. Reis United's goalkeeper João Paulo Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basílio Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Trigo in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of AS Pikachuzim booed when S.C. Reis United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. S.C. Reis United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafa Mello in the 21st minute. The corner led to S.C. Reis United's Betão de Carvalho getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 23 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Rafa Mello came free, but Basílio Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafa Mello got free with Basílio Trigo in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Reynaldo Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evandro Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Betão de Carvalho. In the 35th minute, Evandro Varela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AS Pikachuzim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, S.C. Reis United's goal looked a bit too open when Evandro Varela came free, but João Paulo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Paulo Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafa Mello to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Rafa Mello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Reis United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafa Mello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrique Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Trigo having to interfere. In the 60th minute Rafa Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Luizão Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Paulo Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Varela, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. AS Pikachuzim's Basílio Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Mello in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Basílio Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão de Carvalho in the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão de Carvalho in the 93rd minute of play forced AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Basílio Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AS Pikachuzim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
