Alexsandro Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Charidimos Papadakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Dubardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexsandro Godoi. I ritirandi di Canaus's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's John Osomo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Leizarraga in the 55th minute of play. John Osomo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo-Hernán Cabezudo in the 61st minute of the match. Edgard Dubardo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. John Osomo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Chao Cheng in the 80th minute of play. If Bennvar Caddick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Tofani in the 86th minute of play forced PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper John Osomo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, I ritirandi di Canaus's Lu Chao Cheng nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
