In the 14th minute of the match, Anatoli Filov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Peter Schmeichel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 15th match minute, EW® Leeds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chavdar Motekov to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Tervel Dushanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Wos took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikifor Ruzhekov. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tervel Dushanov made a kick off. Anatoli Filov kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Nikifor Ruzhekov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Wos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Faccio during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Anatoli Filov came free, but Peter Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.C. Patagonia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7.
